I have done the clear cookies and restart, I have done the change the date to a future date, I have done trying to go through my internet email and even saw something about changing the script and I have no idea where to do that and I shouldn't have to do that.
So this is a problem on your end Apple. I saw one solution that said you have to set the phone back to factory settings and not to do a restore, meaning erase the phone. I'm not going to do that.
I should have to delete all my contacts and information on my phone. I upgraded from my 4s to a 7 just to solve this problem. Still didn't work. It wasn't safari cannot download this file apple wallet phone so it must be on Apples end.
I shouldn't have to do any of the above. Apple needs to find the fix to this problem. I want an Apple fix not a hacked fix from some anonymous web site and some guy lying about what works.
I have seen a lot of post about this problem for a couple of years back but no actual solution from Apple. If you stumble upon this post and you do not work for Apple please do not respond.
