It was tough moving away completely from paper after doing it all these years. After getting adjusted, our company can truly see the time and money saved from moving to this digital platform. Minimizing data entry and paperwork, converting our stockroom into the same platform, giving all techs their schedules on the go, and much more my only complaint is the timeout protocol. You have to stay active or you are required to force close the app and start all over.
It would be nice if the timeout protocol was set to 8 hours or heck, even 2 hours. We cannot complete a service call without having to close the app and reboot everything.
